"The MCRC can confirm that it received a subpoena in February seeking records for a time period that predates the current leadership. We quickly obeyed the subpoena. Our counsel advised me that the MCRC is not the target of the DA’s investigation. We have pledged our full cooperation with the DA and invite any inquiry into past operations."
