ROCHESTER, NY – August 14, 2024 – The Monroe County Republican Party and the Monroe County Conservative Party have each officially endorsed highly-respected local attorney Joe Dinolfo for the open Monroe County Court Judge seat in the 2024 general election. This office was recently vacated by the elevation of Judge Meredith Vacca to the Federal bench and, as such, there is no incumbent in the race.
With over 30 years of legal experience as an attorney, Joe Dinolfo is deeply committed to upholding the integrity of the judicial system. He is a dedicated husband, father of three, and long-time community member, where he has served as a volunteer firefighter for nearly 20 years.
For 18 years, Dinolfo worked as a lawyer in private practice, addressing community needs in the areas of Family, Criminal, and Civil litigation. He was also a Hearing Examiner for the City of Rochester. Since 2011, Dinolfo has served with the New York State Appellate Division, 4th Department, which includes Monroe County and its surrounding areas.
As a candidate for Monroe County Judge, Dinolfo supports a fair, impartial, and unbiased court system, which is crucial for the safety of our community. “I am dedicated to ensuring that everyone who comes before me is treated with respect, dignity, and kindness.”
His extensive experience in criminal, civil, and mental hygiene law, coupled with his long-standing service to the community as a volunteer firefighter, uniquely qualifies him to serve as a Monroe County Court Judge.
