Mallorie Rulison
Candidate for Monroe County
Family Court Judge

Mallorie Rulison, a dedicated legal professional, was born and raised in Brighton, lived in the City of Rochester for 9 years, and recently moved to Pittsford. She is graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School, a 2007 graduate of St. Lawrence University, and a 2010 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. She interned at the Monroe County Juvenile Prosecutor's Office and Children Services Department throughout college and law school. As an Associate Attorney at Trevett Cristo Salzer and Andolina, she was afforded the opportunity to represent clients on custody, visitation, and child support matters and gained invaluable experience learning how to communicate with clients who were in the middle of one of the most contentious times of their lives. She learned how to masterfully articulate their position in writing to the court, and zealously argue their position before the court. Mallorie enjoyed her past internships, and returned to the Monroe County Law Department as a Deputy County Attorney, where she spent six and a half years representing the various Monroe County Departments and employees in complex litigation proceedings. She is currently the Principal Law Clerk to the Hon. Kevin M. Nasca, Supreme Court Justice. During her five years as a law clerk, she has handled hundreds of matrimonial actions involving complex custody and visitation disputes. She recognizes that family court touches on the most personal parts of this community, and is a place where families seek guidance, clarity, and hope during times of hardship. Deeply committed to promoting fairness, responsibility, and resolution in the family court system, Mallorie seeks to uphold the law and ensure that every individual in the courtroom is treated with respect and compassion as your next Monroe County Family Court Judge.
Joe Dinolfo
Candidate for Supreme Court Judge
in New York's 7th Judicial District

With over 30 years of experience as an attorney, Dinolfo is deeply committed to upholding the integrity of the judicial system. Aside from his extensive professional qualifications, he is a dedicated husband, father and 20-year volunteer firefighter with the Egypt Fire Department. “I’m running for State Supreme Court to serve the people of the Seventh Judicial District with integrity, fairness and respect,” said Dinolfo. “My decades of experience in the courtroom and service in our community have prepared me well for the conflicts that arise every day in State Supreme Court.” For the past 14 years, Dinolfo has served the New York State Appellate Division, 4th Department, representing cognitively disadvantaged individuals involved with civil litigation. In this role, he regularly handles cases throughout the eight counties of the Seventh Judicial District and beyond. From 1993 to 2011, Dinolfo operated his own law practice, handling countless cases in family, criminal and civil litigation. He also served as a Hearing Examiner for the City of Rochester. Dinolfo’s extensive experience in criminal, civil and mental hygiene law, coupled with his longstanding service as a volunteer firefighter, uniquely qualifies him to serve as a New York State Supreme Court Justice. Born in Rochester, NY, Dinolfo is a first generation American. He and his two sisters attended Elementary School #43 before later graduating from Gates-Chili High School. Dinolfo earned his Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Buffalo, Master’s Degree in Public Administration from SUNY Brockport, and Law Degree from the University of Dayton. Dinolfo lives in Fairport with his wife, Nathalie, where they’re raising their three daughters. He is a Republican and is running on the Republican and Conservative ballot lines.
